K.J. Rolenc is a dedicated advocate for social justice and community building in the Twin Cities Metro. As a founding advisory board member for the Fund for Safe Communities at the Minneapolis Foundation and a board advisor for Anything Helps, he actively supports violence prevention initiatives and youth mentorship programs.

In his role as Youth Council Program Manager at YouthLink, K.J. has been instrumental in establishing and managing the Voices of Youth Advisory Council, amplifying young voices in the community. Beyond his professional work, he engages in public speaking, coaches at a local boxing gym, and provides mentorship to youth through year-round basketball coaching. A licensed realtor and Certified Peer Recovery Specialist, K.J. also serves as the Executive Director of KJ612Outreach, and as a real estate agent furthering his commitment to empowerment and positive change.
