Catrice Williams is a dedicated real estate professional, committed to leveraging homeownership as a tool for generational wealth and community empowerment. Passionate about closing wealth gaps in marginalized communities, she combines her expertise in personal finance and public policy to help marginalized communities achieve housing stability through homeownership. 

She holds a bachelor’s degree in Sociology from Arkansas State University and contributes more than a decade of experience in financial empowerment coaching. Catrice has guided dozens of individuals on the path to wealth creation. She is a HUD-Certified housing counselor and serves as the board chair at the City of Lakes Community Land Trust. 

Catrice is actively involved in several affordable housing coalitions and currently serves as Vice Chair of the City of Minneapolis Advisory Committee on Housing. She also plays a key role in policy and advocacy efforts as a board member of the Twin Cities Chapter of the National Association of Real Estate Brokers (NAREB), championing homeownership access at the local, state, and national levels. 

Beyond real estate, Catrice is a mentor to young professionals, a homebuyer education facilitator, and a dedicated Junior Achievement volunteer.
